Santa Domenica is a ground-floor house located in the charming village of Nedešćina, just 6 km from the town of Labin and 10 km from the beautiful beaches with crystal-clear sea in the well-known place of Rabac. In the immediate vicinity of the house, you will find a grocery store, café, post office, and pizzeria-restaurant, ensuring that you have all the necessary amenities at hand for a complete vacation experience.
Renovated in 2022, this modern and elegantly furnished house offers the perfect vacation for up to 6 people in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with TV. The spacious yard includes an outdoor pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, ideal for relaxation. There is also a covered dining area with a barbecue for preparing delicious meals, as well as a covered parking space. Next to the pool is a children's playground, providing additional fun and enjoyment for the whole family.
NOTE:
- The owners live in the other half of the house. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests.
- We do not accept groups of young people.

Wir durften zum zweiten mal dieses, für uns 5 Personen, perfekte Haus genießen. Zwei Bäder und die Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für die Kinder sind wichtig😀.
Der Pool ist ein Traum und direkt vor der Terrasse. Auch den Grill haben wir für unser Abendessen genutzt. Das Haus ist perfekt sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin Lidija ist eine sensationelle Gastgeberin, die sich überdurchschnittlich um ihre Gäste kümmert.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub in einem wirklich schönen Kroatien 🇭🇷.

Wir waren das erste mal in diesem Haus und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war toll, groß und sauber,der Garten und der Pool unser Highligt. Lidija war immer zur Stelle wenn wir fragen hatten, sie ist eine tolle Vermieterin mit der wir uns sehr gut verstanden haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren das erste mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es war perfekt für uns. Der große Pool und der gepflegte Garten war das absolute Highlight von uns. Es war sehr sauber, sehr groß und Lidija ist eine großartige Vermieterin die immer da war wenn wir fragen hatten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Haus zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus bei dieser sehr netten und liebenswerten Familie. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame,schöne Woche und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.
